What data we collect
- Order and contact details: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, items ordered.
- Payment details: handled by the payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Messages you send us through the contact form or by email.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and how you use the store, collected through cookies and similar technologies, subject to your choices in the cookie banner.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To process and ship your order and handle returns (performance of the contract).
- To answer your questions (your request and our legitimate interest in replying).
- To keep invoices and accounting records (legal obligation).
- To prevent fraud and keep the store secure (legitimate interest).
- To send you marketing emails, only if you have subscribed (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.
- For analytics and marketing cookies, only with your consent.
Who we share it with
- Shopify, which hosts the store and processes data on our behalf. See Shopify's consumer privacy policy.
- Payment providers, to process your payment.
- Postal and courier services (such as Correos), to deliver your order.
- Our tax adviser and the tax authorities, where the law requires it.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Order data is kept for as long as required by tax and commercial law (generally up to 6 years in Spain). Messages are kept while needed to deal with your request. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to info@hrddecals.com. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or the data protection authority of your country.
Children
This store is not aimed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
