14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you can cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days from the day you (or someone you choose) receive the goods.

To cancel, tell us clearly before the 14 days end, by email to info@hrddecals.com or through our contact form. You can use the model form below, but you don't have to.

  • Please let us know before sending anything back and write your order number on or inside the parcel, so we can match it to your order.
  • Send the items back within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling.
  • You pay the cost of returning the items. We recommend a tracked service.
  • Labels must be unused and still on their original backing. Labels that have been peeled off or applied cannot be resold; we may deduct up to their full value, as you are responsible for any loss of value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check them.

Your refund

We will refund all payments received from you, including the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We may wait until we receive the items back (or proof that you have sent them). We refund using the same payment method you used, at no extra cost to you.

Faulty or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us with a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, and we pay any return shipping. This does not affect your legal guarantee (see our Terms of Service).
