1. Who we are
This online store (hrddecals.com) is operated by Diego Corral Jiménez, trading as HRD Decals, a sole trader registered in Spain. Email: info@hrddecals.com. Full company details are in our Legal Notice.
2. Scope
These terms apply to all purchases made on this store. By placing an order you accept them. The contract is concluded in English. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
3. Products
We sell reproduction warning and service labels for classic motorcycles. They are independent reproductions, not original or official products, and are not affiliated with any motorcycle manufacturer. Brand and model names are used only to describe which motorcycle a label fits. Photos are illustrative; small differences in colour may occur between screens.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros (€). For delivery to Spain and other European Union countries, prices include VAT. Orders shipped to Switzerland and Norway are exports and are exempt from Spanish VAT, so they are charged without VAT; local VAT, duties or carrier fees may be charged by the destination country on delivery and are paid by the recipient. The final price is always shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. Payment is made at checkout with the methods shown there. We charge your payment method when you place the order.
5. Orders
After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation by email. The contract is formed when we send that confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we will tell you and refund you in full.
6. Shipping
Shipping destinations, times and costs are described on our Shipping page. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to you.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details and a model form are on our Returns page.
8. Legal guarantee
As a consumer, you have the legal guarantee of conformity provided by law. Under Spanish law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years of delivery. If a product is faulty, contact us and we will repair or replace it or, where this is not possible, refund you.
9. Liability
We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect application of the labels or by use for a purpose other than decoration and identification. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Complaints and applicable law
If you have a problem, please contact us first at info@hrddecals.com and we will try to solve it. These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim in the courts of your place of residence, and you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country.
